About The Team
Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. Our network is composed of Secret London, Secret Chicago, Secret LA, Secret NYC, Secret Sydney, Lisboa Secreta, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, Barcelona Secreta and More!
The Role
As a Organic Growth & Insights Manager you will be the driving force behind our international audience expansion, reach, and content discoverability frameworks. You will translate complex performance and search analytics into clear, actionable directions that empower regional and creative teams to maximize their impact across diverse platforms. By balancing strict data analysis with an agile experimentation roadmap, you will ensure our global content positioning seamlessly bridges the gap between creative storytelling and core business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Define global frameworks for audience growth, reach, and content discoverability
- Analyze performance (reach, retention, search visibility) to identify scalable opportunities
- Translate data into clear strategic direction for local and creative teams
- Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps (formats, hooks, distribution)
- Guide and support regional teams to improve performance across markets
- Define content positioning and distribution strategies per platform
- Align with Creative and Marketing teams to connect content with business goals
Who You Are
- 4+ years in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategy
- Experience guiding teams and setting direction (not just executing)
- Proven track record driving audience growth through organic channels
- Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Full professional English (C1+)
