Job Description
- Monitor pool areas to ensure resident and guest safety at all times
- Enforce community pool rules and policies
- Greet residents and guests and verify pool access when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool, deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Report unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or rule violations to management promptly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pool area
- Respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies
- Ensure pool furniture, umbrellas, and equipment are properly arranged and stored
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the community in a positive, professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow policies and enforce rules respectfully
- Previous pool, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
