Location: Oakville, ON Canada (Hybrid)
Position Summary
A results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, combining high-volume screening with strategic partnership. They work closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure accurate, compliant processes. Utilizes data and market insights to track performance, address hiring challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Supports interview best practices, stakeholder communication, and contributes to a collaborative, patient-focused culture grounded in accountability and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery
Manage high-volume resume screening and conduct thorough phone interviews across a range of roles
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive talent and fill roles efficiently
Meet hiring targets, track key metrics, and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate and support interview processes with hiring teams
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with hiring managers to lead intake meetings and develop effective recruitment strategies
Advise and educate hiring managers on role scoping, levelling, and best hiring practices in collaboration with HR partners
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to address hiring challenges and drive continuous improvement
Process & Compliance
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Guide interview strategy development and create structured, competency-based interview frameworks
Participate in interviews to support and enhance hiring team capability
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Use data and insights to identify challenges, implement solutions, and prevent delays in the hiring process
Provide regular updates on requisition status, hiring progress, and market trends
Contribute to recruiting analytics and global process improvement initiatives
Remain up-to-date and comply with all Quality System procedures relevant to the company and to this role, which may impact the quality of products or services provided to our customers.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Associate’s Degree
Proven minimum 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency)
Proven Technical Recruitment experience
Experience managing high-volume requisitions and competing priorities
Demonstrated success in partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Dayforce preferable
Experience using sourcing tools and platforms to attract passive talent
Exposure to recruitment metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Stakeholder management & influencing, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers & HR
Advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, passive candidate engagement)
Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Data-driven decision-making, with experience using hiring metrics and reporting
Strong organizational skills& attention to detail is essential, including ATS management and compliance tracking
Problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate and overcome hiring challenges
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaboration & teamwork, with a focus on continuous improvement
