TOOL ROOM CNC Machinist - 1st Shift  This position is in a supportive toolroom environment with focus on semi-finish machining of machine components and workholding products on 5-axis Mazak Integrex 200 Mill/Turn lathe. Responsibilities include proper tool selection, setting tool feeds and speeds, machine setup, Mazatrol part programming, machine operation and part inspection. Mazatrol programming and lathe experience in high mix, low volume environment is necessary. Must be able to read part drawings, understand tolerances and finish specifications. Highly supportive environment with opportunities for growth.     Must have prior CNC machine operation experience to be considered for this role; preference given to those with CNC lathe experience.    Responsibilities: Set-up and operate various CNC machines; Mazak Lathe Will operate CMM inspection machines Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools as needed Use safe practices at all times  Training schedule: Monday through Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Work schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.    WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?  We provide a career that offers work / life balance.
