Resident Manager I (Firestone Phoenix/1394)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I to work at Firestone Phoenix, a PSH Family housing community (44 units) in Los Angeles, CA. This is a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus, bilingual Armenian speaking is a plus. Salary range: $29.40 - $47.25 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $29.40 - $38.33 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
