Job Description
- Define, lead, and own program charters that address scope, timeline, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and risks for moderately complex programs.
- Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including delivering downstream change management.
- Own and evolve the event intake and kick-off process, triaging requests and defining DRIs for global deployment planning.
- Manage strategic partnerships with creative agencies and hardware partners to execute premium designs and deliver on complex on-site logistics.
- Oversee technical readiness for high-stakes demos, including troubleshooting demo controls and managing hardware calibration quality.
