The Provider Support Specialist is responsible for supporting providers across the organization through clinical, operational, and technological assistance. This role focuses on provider success, engagement, and performance by supporting EHR optimization, workflow and template development, productivity improvement, provider onboarding and offboarding, clinical capacity management, and day-to-day provider support.
