Keep day‑to‑day boutique administration on track by following Standard Operating Procedures and managing key correspondence between boutique and office.
Support people moves smoothly by coordinating onboarding and staff transfers with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records for boutique expenditure, overtime, compensation‑off and attendance/leave reporting.
Enable effective manpower planning by preparing monthly rosters and coordinating training and monthly activities with the Retail Office.
Ensure a seamless workplace experience by liaising with vendors, internal teams and mall management on boutique maintenance and daily operational needs.
Own replenishment and inventory follow‑up for POS and printing materials, plus marketing and clienteling resources based on usage.
Provide clear reporting and ad‑hoc support to the Boutique Management team to help decision‑making and operational readiness.
