Technical Support Engineer

You will troubleshoot plant operational issues and deliver timely, effective technical solutions to maintain safe and consistent production And you will identify and lead small-scale projects that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and overall performance You will support the safe, efficient startup of new production facilities and ensure operational readiness You will develop and deliver technical training to operations personnel to strengthen onsite capabilities Additionally, establish and maintain best practices, technical standards, and critical alerts to drive consistency across operations Furthermore, utilize EAM systems to identify critical spares, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve asset availability Partner with design and installation teams to enhance future plant designs and long-term performance outcomes Lastly, track and report KPIs, provide technical input for business opportunities, and support operations with up to 30% travel and occasional after-hours support
