What We're Looking For:

This role is responsible for the leadership, design, implementation, and ongoing support of Zebra's Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) ecosystem and its connected Salesforce (SFDC) platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert across the CMDM agile delivery track, Salesforce development and implementation, and the integration landscape connecting SFDC with Oracle Commerce Cloud, Siebel, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and will drive the adoption of AI-based solutions to modernize and automate customer master data processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CMDM agile delivery track, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and coordination across business and technical teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce (SFDC) development, configuration, and implementation, ensuring solutions align with CMDM strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Apply deep knowledge of SFDC technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs, and the Salesforce data model) to design scalable and maintainable customer data solutions.
  • Analyze, design, and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Commerce Cloud, Siebel, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Define and govern customer master data standards, including data quality rules, matching/deduplication, survivorship, and stewardship processes within the CMDM platform.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions in the CMDM space, such as intelligent data matching, enrichment, anomaly detection, and automation of stewardship tasks.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and the creation of functional and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate and oversee testing cycles, including analyzing and researching defects and working with business and technical teams to ensure resolution.
  • Facilitate activities related to system enhancements, bug fixes, patches, and major upgrades across the CMDM and SFDC landscape.
  • Act as a liaison with Salesforce and Oracle support partners by creating and managing service requests and escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with the PMO, QA, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of CMDM initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer master data management and/or Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven experience managing an agile delivery track, including backlog and sprint management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and implementation, including Apex, Lightning, Flows, and the SFDC data model.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as Oracle Commerce Cloud, Siebel, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Solid understanding of customer master data concepts, including data governance, data quality, matching/deduplication, and stewardship.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI/ML-based solutions to automate or enhance master data processes.
  • Proven experience with 3 to 5 full project lifecycle implementations involving CMDM and/or Salesforce.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and execute effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for deliverables with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  • Highly collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent oral, written, and listening skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment and work flexibly with team members across different time zones.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Application Architect, or Data Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud, Siebel, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementations is highly desirable.
  • Experience applying generative AI or machine learning in a master data or CRM context is a plus.
