Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales

  • Ability to be comfortable in a role where your success is measured by daily KPIs (calls made, appointments booked) and where bonuses are tied to performance

  • Ability to commit to strict punctuality and a consistent high-energy work schedule

What You'll Do (The Mission)

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you are the primary link between our customers and our service bays. You don't just "check in"-you manage the schedule and drive the growth. Your daily focus includes:

  • Proactive Outreach: Lead the charge with high-volume outbound calls, engaging customers with energy and professionalism.

  • Strategic Appointment Setting: Secure the schedule by converting inquiries and follow-ups into confirmed service appointments.

  • Customer Satisfaction & Closing: Ensure every client is thrilled with their experience while successfully closing them on their next visit.

  • Consultative Education: Use your expertise to educate customers and overcome objections regarding their automotive needs.

  • Lead Management: Maintain a "tight ship" within our database, ensuring every lead is pursued with persistence and accuracy.

  • Goal Achievement: Partner with leadership to smash daily conversion rates and monthly revenue targets.
