What You'll Do (The Mission)

End-to-End Talent Sourcing: Own the full recruiting lifecycle, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, headhunting tools, and local networking.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with Store Managers and Executive Leadership to define staffing needs, set expectations, and streamline the interview process.
