The Role

We are currently seeking a Bottle Preparation Attendant to support our laboratory team. This role is designed to provide dedicated assistance with bottle preparation, inventory management, and sample dispatch, ensuring smooth laboratory operations and timely client service.
 

The day to day

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Issue, prepare, and dispatch bottles and sample kits for clients
• Order, stock, and manage inventory of laboratory bottles and supplies
• Coordinate logistics for sample dispatch
• Support general warehouse duties as required

These tasks are critical to maintaining operational efficiency, accurate inventory management, and timely client service.
 

The essentials

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and operational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment. You’ll bring:
• Previous experience in warehouse, laboratory, or operational support roles
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Reliable, with good communication and time management skills
• The right to work in Australia
