One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians. If you have diagnostic experience, want steady year-round work, and want a stronger earning potential, we’d like to talk.
Compensation
- $28–$40+ per hour base pay (based on experience)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires
- Uncapped commission opportunities
- Performance bonuses and spiffs
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Deliver professional customer service in the field
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred)
- EPA 608 Certification (minimum required type II)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional and dependable work habits
