Job Description
- Drive the evolution of the outlook, strategy, and operations for YouTube, in partnership with the VP of Product and Engineering.
- Partner with YouTube Leads to ensure that the organization is operating smoothly and structurally aligned with the overall mission.
- Develop key communications across all levels of the organization, including to SVP/VP, at all hands, offsites, and leadership summits.
- Act as a proxy for VP of product when needed, using judgment and discretion to drive decision-making.
