[LTA-PT] MANAGER, OPERATIONAL READINESS

[What you will be working on]

InfraCo SG oversees the full spectrum of facility management and operations of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station, a dedicated cross-border rail station connecting Singapore and Malaysia. The division is responsible for ensuring the station functions safely, reliably, and to the standards expected of Singapore's public transport network. Beyond operational excellence, the division is committed to cultivating a station experience and identity that reflects the significance of Woodlands North as a gateway between the two countries.

You will be part of the team that is responsible to oversee the operational readiness and testing of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station working closely with internal teams, government agencies, and transport operators to ensure the station is ready to open and continues to perform to the required standard. You will play a key role in:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain the station's connectivity framework covering bus services, private hire vehicles, active mobility infrastructure, pedestrian linkages.
     

  • Develop contingency connectivity plans for service disruption scenarios including cross-border disruptions, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
     

  • Lead sustained engagement with stakeholders and partners, e.g. bus operators, private hire platform operators, LTA Bus Planning, JTC, and Johor Bahru-side transport providers, to ensure connectivity gaps are identified and addressed proactively.
     

  • Lead the operational readiness assessment of station systems, initiatives, and equipment prior to service commencement and upon introduction of new operational initiatives so as to ensure all deployments meet the required standard before going live.
     

  • Maintain continuous operational readiness governance through conduct of structured readiness observations and running post-incident operational reviews.
     

  • Monitor and analyse commuter connectivity patterns post-opening, identifying modal share shifts, peak pressure points, and demand changes arising from major demand generators.

[What we are looking for]

  • Knowledge in transport planning, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness and testing or stakeholder engagement in a public transport or infrastructure context. 
     

  • Experience in operational readiness, pre-opening commissioning support, or activation planning in a transit, aviation, or large-scale public-facing infrastructure environment is strongly advantageous.
     

  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in the project management, engineering, or related field.
     

  • Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
     

  • Creative and detailed hands-on individual who is comfortable with regular site visits and hands-on fieldwork, with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
