This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.
What You'll Get To Do:
The Systems Security Engineering (SSE) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Principal Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various SSE activities to ensure budget, schedule, and quality requirements. You will have regular opportunities to interact and interface with SSE leadership, other Sentinel teams, and the Customer. You will have the opportunity to learn and interact with SSE’s sub-disciplines including Program Protection, Supply Chain Risk Management, STPA-Sec, Supplier Compliance, and much more.
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and manage the several Working Groups and Technical Interchange Meetings that SSE is responsible for.
Assist SSE CAMs in capturing project schedule and budget status.
Regularly liaison with the Customer counterparts concerning select SSE activities.
Execute completion Statement of Work requirements, Program Milestone Exit Criteria, and program maturity commitments.
Self-starters compelled to act in the workplace without requiring prompting from supervisors.
Support MDT and the organization as a whole with other duties as assigned.
Travel: 10%
In addition to technical skills, you will be a self-starter with strong time management skills. Your organizational skills and ability to anticipate future challenges will serve you well.
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; master's degree and 3 years’ experience; PhD and 1 years’ experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S citizen and have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
At least 1 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
Demonstrated track record, experience in project management execution and closeout.
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
Experience planning, scheduling, and managing projects with many different stakeholders.
Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret Clearance.
Experience working with and understanding Systems Security Engineering principles applicable to US Government Defense Programs and/or US Military Programs.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Experience with Cost Account Management and EVMS.
Experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience translating process and procedures into schedule and cost assessments.
Experience working with supply chain risk management or program protection.
Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools.
Military Intelligence, Law Enforcement, or other USG Intelligence agency experience preferred.
