Team presentation Eurazeo Elevate invests in European SMEs that are market leaders with differentiated business models. It accelerates the transformation of companies through international and operational development, with an active buy-and-build strategy to open new geographical areas or product lines, creating more international and diversified platforms. Eurazeo Elevate is targeting a majority investment with an entry ticket of € 75 to €150 million and a valuation of between € 100 and € 400 million. You will join the Operations team within Eurazeo Elevate’s Finance department, structured around two services – Portfolio monitoring and Fund management. You will work primarily with the portfolio monitoring teams. Responsibilities Portfolio monitoring: Collecting monthly management reporting and entering financial aggregates into ILevel Monitoring portfolio performance Preparing the quarterly review performance: KPI dashboards, qualitative commentary, Supporting the preparation of the quarterly valuation committee Supporting the audit process on portfolio valuations Participation in the LP reporting process Preparing the dataroom for the fundraising Reporting for Due Diligence Fund management: Daily monitoring of cash and the fund portfolio Entering transactions into eFront Participation in the LP reporting process and ad hoc investor requests Preparation of capital accounts
