
Assistant Manager Slots Performance Full Time (Caesars LV)
Job Description
The Slot Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations, and administration of Slot Performance.
Reviews daily reports on game performance and acts accordingly to prevent revenue loss
Relates slot data to actual machine performance and recommends corrective action
Administers the slot data system, while analyzing and recommending needed changes or enhancements
Monitors and maintains the total logistic requirements of an effective slot repair operation
Maintains an effective training program for all slot performance personnel
Maintains an effective control of parts inventories and repair expenditures
Responsible for regulatory, departmental and company policies
Assists with planning changes to floor layout, mix and overall design
Assists in proactive management of conversions and new slot units
Assists with analysis of machine performance and acts appropriately to affect improved machine performance
Maintains good relationships with vendors
Manages highly technical team towards improved performance
Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks
Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior
Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct
Responsible for understanding the slot performance P&L statements and able to explain variances when asked.
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
- Must present a neat and professional appearance
- Work requires a minimum age of 21
- Work requires 5 years’ minimum Management experience in Casino
- Work requires flexibility to work various shifts
- Work requires a fundamental knowledge of electronics, SDS and associated systems.
- Work requires Proficiency with Microsoft software (Excel, Word)
- Cards Needed: Gaming License, NV
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
Must be able to tolerate Second Hand smoke
Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner
