We are hiring our next:
Automation Engineer
Based at our plant : Oradea
· Job Description
· Defines the overall system architecture and prepares feasibility assessments of the project in terms of electrical and automation;
· Designs electrical and automation control systems including Human Machine Interface (HMI) and creates project technical performance specifications;
· Selects appropriate technology for projects (PLC, Drive) and ensures they are fully compatible;
· Ensures full compliance of the work undertaken, including calibration of sensors and instruments (EE and Romanian regulations);
· Knows PLC software (Siemens) and user interface;
· Manages electrical, automation and instrumentation activities;
· Designs electrical and control systems for industrial infrastructure;
· Designs the construction of physical components of electrical and automation systems (single line diagrams, control panel layout and design, electrical power distribution system layout, lighting, cable routing plan, I/O wiring, branch design, distribution network design);
· Commissioning and start-up of electrical and automation activities;
· Analyses and prepares detailed specifications and contract documents for the procurement of electrical and control equipment as well as construction equipment.
Qualifications :
· Advanced knowledge of English.
· Technical degree.
· Experience in the field of automotive.
Skills and Qualities:
Knowledge about AUTOCAD, PFMA,
Experience in risk assessment (FMEA process) not a must but is an advantage
