Meet the team:
The Staff Sales Operations Analyst role operates under the umbrella of the Global Sales Operations, supporting Dexcom’s field sales. The primary responsibility of the role is enabling the business to achieve efficiency and optimization with regards to Dexcom’s Commercial Platforms
Where you come in:
You will provide hands-on support for Dexcom’s Commercial Platforms, primarily Veeva Vault CRM, ensuring systems operates effectively and aligns with business needs. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, driving strategic projects, and identifying process efficiencies that support business growth. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, as well as global partners, to define requirements, manage initiatives from planning through execution, communicate progress, and deliver timely, successful outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide Veeva Vault CRM support for both US and international markets, partnering with regional and global stakeholders to support local environments, align on business requirements, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across geographies.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Payor Services, Data Sciences, and global partners to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Lead workshops, listening sessions, and user feedback forums to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and better user experience.
- Support and enhance key Veeva CRM capabilities, including CLM, Approved Email, Speaker Programs, Sampling, and related modules, to improve field execution and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to run reports, analyze outputs, and use insights to support business decisions, monitor performance, and improve operational effectiveness.
- Drive timely execution of CRM initiatives and projects from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Co-lead CRM governance processes to ensure alignment between business objectives, compliance requirements, and technical execution.
- Develop and maintain training materials, onboarding resources, job aids, and end-user support documentation to drive adoption and effective system usage across field teams.
What makes you successful:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, CRM administration, sales effectiveness, business systems support, project management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing CRM platforms, preferably Veeva CRM, including configuration, user support, process optimization, and cross-functional solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including business, technical, compliance, and global partners, to drive aligned and scalable outcomes.
- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity across system support, project execution, documentation, and ongoing operational processes.
- Proven success translating business needs into clear requirements, actionable plans, and well-executed CRM enhancements or technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus, lead discussions, and support stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:
$116,600.00 - $194,400.00
