Team Leader, Land Development, Austin, TX: Halff has an opening for a Senior Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our Land Development team in Austin, TX as a Team Lead. At least 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience with a focus on Land Development in the consulting industry working with, or for, public and private sector clients. Responsible for the growth and success of Land Development design, planning and related services within the area, including team management and performance, business development, client relationships, and project delivery. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas. Must have management experience. Responsible for business development, production, and staffing. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
