Junior Operations Manager

Junior Operations Manager will be part of the management team responsible for the day to day operations of Geolog Operating Base. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but not limited, to: 

• Managing the technical department
• Attending operations meetings with clients
• Reviewing the current operations performance and confirm with the customer that the solution meets their Surface Logging needs.
• Ensuring operations meet expected Management approved Budgets
• Evaluating and implementing mechanisms to improve company profitability
• Identifying selling opportunities for Mud Logging Services and client intelligence 
• Providing Marketing Management with frequent, timely feedback on account performance (share, potential, and competitive position against other Surface Logging Service companies) in order to facilitate planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Graduated with Geology / Engineering or relevant subject.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Surface Logging (Mud Logging)
• Highly knowledgeable in Surface Logging technology
• International exposure 
• Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
• Highly organized with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Fluent in English. 
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
