Job Description
Clyde & Co seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented clerk to support our growing products liability practice.
Key Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain court calendars for hearings, trials, and depositions
- E-Filing and e-Serving documents in numerous venues and jurisdictions
- Maintain organized file system per firm standards and procedures
- Keep files up to date
- Case maintenance (organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, etc.)
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Detail oriented and strong organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with e-filing and e-service in multiple jurisdictions a plus
- Creative problem solver who takes initiative to accomplish tasks
- Experience with a variety of computer applications and internet programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
