Job Description

Overview Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our Shiner, TX and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX

This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026

The fabrication team member is a press brake operator responsible for loading, unloading, and operating equipment that bends metal to make front end replacement bumpers, grill guards, and back bumpers

Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm Pay: $17.50/hr

Essential Functions: Operate machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement according to required machining sequences Confer with shift leads and managers to resolve machine malfunctions or production obtain approval to continue production Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems Check to ensure that work pieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures Clean machines, tooling, or parts, using solvents or solutions and rags Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or if machines malfunction Monitor machine operation and control panel displays and compare readings to specifications to detect malfunctions Follow work instructions to operate machine control units to start and stop operation Review program specifications or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finished work piece dimensions, or numerical control sequences Help to maintain necessary inventory of manufacturing supplies Assist with cycle counting of material to ensure inventory integrity Perform other duties as assigned Other Key

Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment Repetitive use of hands to operate machines

: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, but not required Previous experience with machinery, basic machine set up, and small power tools preferred, but not required Must be able to read a tape measure Able to work and handle multiple job assignments, communicate in team setting, maintain a clean and organized work space

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with an average of 40 scheduled hours per week with the possibility of overtime as decided by a manager

Preferred Education and Experience: Manufacturing/industry experience
