Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.
Support senior sales managers in managing key accounts and preparing proposals for technical or project-based services.
Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including procurement, site engineers, project owners, and consultants.
Prepare quotations, coordinate technical/commercial clarifications, and follow up to drive conversion.
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and activity logs in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal technical, tendering, and operations teams to ensure proposals are accurate, feasible, and competitive.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and key project pipelines in target sectors.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience in oil & gas, power, mining, construction, or industrial services is preferred.
Basic understanding of project lifecycles (feasibility, design, construction, operation) is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
Fluent in conversational English.
