Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.​

  • Support senior sales managers in managing key accounts and preparing proposals for technical or project-based services.​

  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including procurement, site engineers, project owners, and consultants.​

  • Prepare quotations, coordinate technical/commercial clarifications, and follow up to drive conversion.​

  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and activity logs in CRM tools.​

  • Coordinate with internal technical, tendering, and operations teams to ensure proposals are accurate, feasible, and competitive.​

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and key project pipelines in target sectors.​

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles.​

  • Experience in oil & gas, power, mining, construction, or industrial services is preferred.​

  • Basic understanding of project lifecycles (feasibility, design, construction, operation) is an advantage.​

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.​

  • Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.​

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.​

  • Fluent in conversational English.
