Job Description
Role Overview
Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
- Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
- Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
- Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
- Experience with EBS upgrade cycles
- Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects
- Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred)
- Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations
- Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus
Functional Expertise
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Financials (GL, AP, AR)
Tools & Systems
- JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution)
- Confluence (requirements and documentation)
- Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus (plus)
