Maintenance Apprenticeship

Get paid to learn a new trade!  Berger Communities is looking for new candidates for our maintenance apprenticeship program. You will be paid $17.50/hour during the 7-week apprenticeship.  Once you graduate, you will be placed in a permanent maintenance technician position at one of our communities.  When you are placed you will receive a $500 sign on bonus and an increase in your hourly rate!
