Lead and manage a team of People Consultants to deliver HR support to clients in alignment with People Experience goals.
Provide HR support and consultation on personnel challenges within Taiwan; answer employee and manager questions regarding HR programs, policies, and related items (e.g., performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and internal mobility).
Identify the root cause of issues and implement solutions spanning multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
Provide strategy and execution for the People Consultant team and personnel initiatives in Taiwan.
