As the Application Engineer, Corporate Services, you own the Workday-centric integration fabric that ties together our global corporate technology ecosystem. Primarily focused on Workday integrations, connecting to key downstream systems including payroll, compliance, legal, facilities, asset protection, and analytics platforms – nothing works without rock-solid, data flows. You will partner directly with the Product Manager, P&C Technology Corporate Systems team, along with business teams, to turn their roadmaps into scalable, reliable integrations that drive efficiency and employee experience across the company.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

You’ll be part of a high-velocity Corporate Systems team led by the Senior Product Manager, Corporate Systems. The core squad is you, the Product Manager (P&C Technology), and the Business Analyst — working shoulder-to-shoulder with P&C business partners and AMER Group implementation teams to own Workday integrations end-to-end.
You will co-design and deliver against the HCM roadmap, provide day-to-day support, and act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership. You will ensure our Workday-centric integration landscape scales to meet the needs of a growing, global organization.
We run with shared ownership across the business with a relentless focus on delivering integrations that make back-office complexity disappear and deliver effortless, impactful experiences for employees and leaders.
