Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager (Associate Director, Technical Project Management) within the Enterprise IT Legal, Compliance & Security Value Team, you will support the Compliance Product Line, delivering technology solutions for the Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO). In this role, you will serve as the operational and strategic delivery leader, initially focusing on the enterprise-wide Restricted Party Screening (RPS) program. You will hold full accountability for the delivery approach and outcomes across multiple workstreams — including integration, process alignment, and governance — providing delivery leadership, managing change control and delivery quality, and acting as the primary point of coordination across stakeholder groups and delivery teams. This role demands advanced expertise in program coordination, technical delivery, compliance management, and team leadership alongside the Technical Product Manager within a multi-system environment. You will drive the consolidation and integration of RPS solutions, oversee the design and implementation of APIs and integrations, and ensure seamless delivery across all workstreams while maintaining high standards of team performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Over time, this role may expand to lead delivery for additional programs and products across the broader Compliance Product Line. You should be ready to lead with transparency and courage, operate with a high degree of independence, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatism to maintain forward progress in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

What will you do in this role

·       Lead end-to-end program coordination for the RPS initiative, streamlining and aligning inconsistent RPS processes across the enterprise to deliver a unified, compliant solution for the Global Trade Standards & Controls (GTSC) team in collaboration with the Product Manager.

·       Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, including MuleSoft integration design and implementation, RPS Dashboards and Portal enhancements, and overall program delivery, ensuring alignment and interdependency management across all streams.

·       Drive the creation, maintenance, and execution of detailed delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business timelines and priorities and timely response to emergent changes.

·       Proactively manage and adapt to shifting business priorities in collaboration with the Product Manager, reprioritizing tasks and resources to meet evolving stakeholder requirements and deadlines while maintaining forward progress on roadmap milestones.

·       Oversee the design, implementation, and support of APIs and integration layers (including MuleSoft-based solutions), ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant solutions across enterprise systems.

·       Maintain comprehensive program artifacts, including delivery plans, risk registers, status reports, and stakeholder communications, modeling honesty, transparency, and diligence in all reporting.

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders across IT, the Ethics & Compliance Office, and application integration teams, proactively managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus on priorities and timelines.

·       Represent the technical arm of the RPS program to prospective and current application integration teams alongside the Product Manager, providing consultative input from discovery through Hypercare/support.

·       Manage a high volume and variety of communications across different stakeholder groups, technology suppliers, and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely follow-through.

·       Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence across all program activities.

·       Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to system fragmentation, integration delays, compliance requirements, resource constraints, and emergent challenges, leveraging compliance and domain experience to guide the team through known and unknown risks.

·       Monitor and report on program throughput, quality, and compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet business standards.

·       Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives, adapting delivery strategies to evolving needs and system landscapes.

·       Contribute to broader Compliance Product Line initiatives as the portfolio evolves, extending delivery leadership to additional compliance programs and products in partnership with the Ethics & Compliance Office.

·       Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and collaborating with the Product Manager. Participate in product planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with both functional and product goals.
