Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review and lead outcomes pertaining to the referred skills and attributes relevant to the program scope of product or service.
- Manage and conduct risk assessments on the equipment/system being investigated.
- Draw conclusions and propose recommendations to improve equipment/system reliability and supportability based on LSA data analysis and available evidence.
- Complete and deliver reporting documentation on time, to an agreed schedule.
- Make decisions within own sphere of responsibility and delegated authority.
- Provide day-to-day management of any assigned staff.
- Assist in the development of project infrastructure such as tools deployment, metrics collection and process development.
- Maintain a Business Development Mindset - Stay aware of what clients need now; look for ways to grow client relationships; and keep a positive, growth-focused attitude.
- Participate in Customer Engagement - Build trust through your project work; offer solutions that solve real client problems; and represent BMT with professionalism.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Tertiary qualification - Diploma, formal trade or technical certificate qualification in Engineering and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the technical review and reporting of assessment data relative to the mechanical and/ or electrical health of systems and equipment.
- Working experience in the development of ILS products for the support of systems and equipment.
- Must be able to gain and maintain a minimum BASELINE Security Clearance, or higher level as required for the role.
- Experience in the operation and/or maintenance of those systems in a defence or related technical industry.
- Experience leading teams of specialty analysts, or other equivalent experiences with consideration to academic credentials.
- Formal training and certification in applicable Standards and/ or equivalent industry experience.
