Your Role

As a Mid-Level Inside Sales Representative at Capgemini, you play a pivotal role in driving growth across the USA market by connecting clients with innovative technology solutions. You act as a strategic bridge between marketing, sales, and clients—identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships, and accelerating the sales pipeline.

In this role, you are expected to operate with autonomy while collaborating within a global, matrixed environment. You bring a strong understanding of client industries, business challenges, and Capgemini’s value proposition to position tailored solutions that resonate with decision-makers. Your scope includes lead generation, opportunity qualification, and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle to enable successful handover to senior sales teams.
