This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Recruiting Manager, Engineering & Data based in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of technical hiring strategy for a fast-scaling, product-driven organization. You will act as both a strategic partner and hands-on recruiter, owning end-to-end hiring for Engineering and Data while directly managing and developing a senior recruiter. The role blends execution with leadership, requiring someone who can operate in the details of recruiting while shaping broader talent strategy at the organizational level. You will partner closely with engineering and data leadership teams to define hiring needs, influence decision-making, and elevate hiring quality across all levels. This is an opportunity to build scalable, modern recruiting systems in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment. You will also help shape how emerging tools and AI can transform sourcing, evaluation, and hiring workflows. The environment is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and deeply focused on raising the bar for talent density and organizational impact.
