This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of technical hiring strategy for a fast-scaling, product-driven organization. You will act as both a strategic partner and hands-on recruiter, owning end-to-end hiring for Engineering and Data while directly managing and developing a senior recruiter. The role blends execution with leadership, requiring someone who can operate in the details of recruiting while shaping broader talent strategy at the organizational level. You will partner closely with engineering and data leadership teams to define hiring needs, influence decision-making, and elevate hiring quality across all levels.
