Job Description
- Manage all events, conferences and projects activity to ensure effectiveness, adherence to objectives and budgets.
- Coordinate and prioritize the commission’s needs.
- Effectively work project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project and activities in line with the commission’s needs.
- Effectively work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets and timing.
- Minimum of first degree: PMI certification is essential.
- 5 years practical experience is project and event management preferably for a developmental organization involved in multi million naira projects.
- Practical experience in the use of project management tools and or software packages.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and analytical skills .
- Ability to elicit cooperation from stakeholders and other departments.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
