Our Fraud team is known for handling a variety of intricate cases across the insurance sector, making us the preferred choice for clients looking for innovative and practical solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with litigation on complex fraud and motor cases for a wide variety of clients. The role is hybrid, with office attendance required in Liverpool a minimum of 1-day per week. Responsibilities Manage your own caseload of litigated fraud cases (typically motor or casualty). Assist senior fee earners on complex or high-value fraud matters. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and prepare trial bundles. Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties throughout the litigation process. Use intelligence tools and databases to identify fraud patterns and support investigations. Play a key role in achieving excellent outcomes for insurer clients. What will help you succeed in this role? Essential Previous and tangible experience handling/assisting on litigated Motor or fraud matters, Fast Track experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and using case management software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. What we offer?
