WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this role, you will act as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of your topics — hands-on, execution-focused and without people leadership responsibility.

General tasks

• You take full operational end-to-end responsibility for HSE and Corporate Security topics and ensure that requirements are translated into concrete actions in day-to-day operations.

• You translate guidelines into clear, pragmatic processes and make sure they are consistently implemented and followed through.

• You actively drive topics forward yourself and ensure full execution of measures — not just coordination.

• You identify gaps, address them hands-on and continuously improve existing structures.

• You act as the central point of contact for incidents, escalations and non-compliance and ensure structured follow-up.

Health & Safety (HSE)

• You ensure that legal requirements are not only documented, but truly implemented and lived in daily operations.

• You independently conduct risk assessments, audits and incident analyses and derive concrete actions from them.

• You establish practical safety processes that are understood and applied by teams.

Fire Protection & Emergency Management

• You operationally implement fire protection and emergency concepts across all locations.

• You ensure that emergency structures actually work — for example through drills, clear procedures and tangible measures.

• You stay on top of topics until they are fully implemented.

Corporate Security

• You implement security measures and ensure effective site protection (e.g. access control, security zones).

• You actively support crisis and incident management as well as the structured follow-up of incidents.

Stakeholder & Provider Management

• You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution.

• You manage service providers in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way, always focusing on real implementation on-site.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You bring several years of experience in Health & Safety, Corporate Security, Facilities or comparable operational roles.

• You have a strong hands-on mindset and prefer working on topics yourself rather than just delegating or steering.

• You know your way around current standards, especially relevant German regulations such as ArbSchG, DGUV and ASiG.

• You have experience in areas such as fire protection, security concepts or crisis management.

• You are used to structuring, implementing and sustainably anchoring topics independently.

• You stand out through clear communication and pragmatic stakeholder management.

• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Nice to have:

• You hold certifications in the HSE or security environment (e.g. SiFa, fire protection).

• You have been exposed to compliance frameworks such as TISAX.
