You will work closely with and translate between internal and external stakeholders (legal, IT security, product management, etc.) to identify legal risks early in the product development process and develop solutions.
Your focus will be on advising either on data protection issues or on antitrust and competition law issues; additionally, licensing and contractual aspects may be relevant.
You will create initial drafts of relevant legal texts such as privacy notices, data consent forms, balancing of interests, data protection impact assessments, transfer impact assessments, etc., and support professionals in further documentation work.
You will independently acquire new knowledge within the framework of ongoing legal developments in your respective area of responsibility.

You have completed a degree with a legal or technical focus, such as business law, legal sciences, computer science, business engineering, or a similar field.

Ideally, you have experience navigating large organizations/corporations with many stakeholders, presenting, communicating, and potentially enforcing your concepts and viewpoints.
Furthermore, you ideally have experience in legal support for the development of data-driven business models and the necessary communication with product owners, developers, and legal departments.
You excel in your communication skills (German (C2) as well as English (B2)) and are characterized by a high level of customer orientation.
