Job Overview:
Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Adoption Lead to support the adoption, integration, and scaling of AI capabilities across consulting teams and support functions in the region.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, innovation, and change management, acting as a bridge between business needs and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will help accelerate productivity improvements and new ways of working by embedding AI tools (e.g., LenAI, ChatGPT, Claude) and agentic solutions into day-to-day consulting delivery and operational workflows.
The role will partner closely with regional leadership, consulting teams, Support Professionals, Quotient Inside, Learning & Development, and technology stakeholders to help shape and execute the region’s AI transformation agenda.
This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role suited to someone who combines strong consulting and operational understanding with hands-on AI literacy, structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Transformation & Adoption
- Support the implementation of Oliver Wyman’s AI transformation agenda across consulting and support functions
- Enable the practical integration of AI tools, copilots, assistants, automation platforms, and agentic workflows into day-to-day work
- Work directly with consulting and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Help teams translate AI opportunities into scalable, sustainable ways of working
- Support live project teams and operational stakeholders in applying AI-enabled approaches within delivery workflows
Strategy, Governance & Execution
- Partner with regional AI leadership and governance forums to support execution of the regional AI adoption strategy
- Help establish and maintain governance mechanisms for prioritization, delivery tracking, value realization, risk management, and adoption measurement
- Coordinate regional AI initiatives including boot camps, AI clinics, SWAT teams, communications, adoption campaigns, and use case scaling activities
- Contribute to the evolution of regional AI strategy as organizational AI maturity develops
Capability Building & Change Management
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, global AI teams, practices, and functional leaders to design and deliver AI learning programs
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, boot camps, and enablement activities for Consultants, Partners, Specialists, and Support Professionals
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities to encourage sustainable adoption of AI-enabled workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership on AI adoption opportunities, barriers, and organizational readiness
Use Case Development & Solution Enablement
- Identify, curate, refine, and scale AI use cases developed across the regions and broader firm
- Translate promising ideas into reusable assets such as prompts, workflows, playbooks, assistants and lightweight automation tools
- Partner with technical and Quotient Inside teams to support development and prototyping of AI-enabled solutions
- Build connectivity between local innovations and broader regional or global adoption opportunities
Performance Tracking & Responsible AI
- Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, productivity improvement, user engagement, and business impact
- Regularly report progress, risks, insights, and adoption trends to regional leadership
- Promote responsible and ethical AI usage aligned with firm policies, confidentiality requirements, and data privacy standards
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, market trends, and internal platform developments
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, digital, operations, or related roles
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, copilots, AI assistants, automation platforms, and agentic solutions Experience driving process improvement, workflow redesign, or operating model transformation at team, function, or organisational scale, for example, redesigning consulting delivery workflows, embedding AI into project execution processes, automating operational workflows across business functions, or leading enterprise productivity/transformation initiatives
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving behavioural change across teams and/or leadership groups
- Strong track record of translating emerging technology capabilities into practical, scalable business use cases
Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrated interest and hands on capability in prototyping AI- enabled workflows, assistants, or tools
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, including engagement with senior leadership
- Ability to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions and workflows
- Proven ability to drive adoption and change in matrixed environments
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate technical AI concepts in clear, practical business language for non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams
