As our HRIS Manager, you will lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of our Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Ceridian Dayforce. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Ceridian Dayforce HRIS modulesServe as the primary HRIS subject matter expert and strategic partner for HR systems initiativesManage system upgrades, testing, implementations, integrations, and enhancementsPartner with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and translate them into scalable system solutionsDrive continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee and manager experienceEnsure accuracy, integrity, security, and governance of HR data across systemsDevelop and maintain HR dashboards, reporting, metrics, and analytics to support business decision-makingCollaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and IT teams to streamline processes and improve workflowsMaintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal audit requirements related to HR systems and dataCreate and maintain documentation, process maps, system procedures, and training materialsSupport change management activities and end-user training for new functionality and process improvementsManage relationships with external vendors and system partnersWhat you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including hands-on administration and configuration experienceRequired: Strong experience administering and supporting Ceridian DayforceDeep understanding of HR processes, data structures, workflows, and system integrationsExperience supporting multiple HR functional areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, or Workforce ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience with reporting tools, data analysis, and HR metricsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesExperience with HR compliance, data privacy, and audit practicesDemonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiencyCulture Agility.
