Supervisor, Field Service

Lead a team of Technicians based across Melbourne and Adelaide in a dynamic and collaborative environment to provide best quality, exceptional support and time effective resolutions and preventative maintenance programs.

• Leading a Team of up to Seven (7) Technicians across the Southern Region of Australia.
• To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to:
  • Be comfortable in a diverse range of manufacturing environments.
  • Have the skills required to set, evaluate and drive the team KPI’s to required targets.
  • Be suited to a team environment but have the self-discipline and skills to manage an autonomous workspace.
  • Be able and willing to travel.
  • Adaptable and Flexible, the candidate will be part of a wider regional team, dedicated to providing strong service support.
  • Familiarity with Fluid Processing systems from a mechanical and controls perspective would be well regarded.
