Our Heat Shrink Technician is responsible for change over, setup, determining process parameters and operating shrink tubing machines according to our quality management system.

How YOU will make an impact everyday:
- Operate shrink tubing machines according to clearly defined procedures and processes
- Change over line from one job to the next
- Setup and determine process parameters to effectively produce quality products
- Read and interpret manufacturing and specification notes
- Ensure product runs within specifications
- Perform assigned job functions in a manner that meets or exceeds specified quality standards and required productivity metrics for job assigned.
- Maintain equipment, materials and work area in a neat and orderly manner
- Other duties as assigned
Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Heat Shrink Technician. (helpful, but not required):
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to learn.
Qualifications for YOU to be successful:
- Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Team oriented.
- Input data into computer system
