Veriforce are recruiting for a Systems Support Analyst role is to support the administration, and configuration of core business systems across the Veriforce organisation.
What that means day to day
- Diagnose and resolve business requirements through effective configuration of company IT systems.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and mentorship to system users, promoting best practices and leveraging system functionality to enhance efficiency and support standardised processes across the organisation.
- Collaborate with Veriforce commercial, operations & product teams to deliver industry-leading system capabilities.
- Partner with third-party vendors through consultancy engagements and project-based initiatives to drive system improvements.
- Take full ownership of system configuration, customisation, and implementation activities in line with our group SDLC.
- Perform business process analysis, design, and re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols.
What you’ll need to be successful
You will bring proven experience in analysing and resolving issues across business applications and proprietary software, while providing professional system configuration and end-user support. Success in this role also requires the ability to develop and deliver effective training to diverse user groups, ensuring strong system adoption and knowledge transfer, as well as a collaborative approach and commitment to team success.
