Precast BIM Specialist
Locations: Dallas (HQ), Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago (Naperville), Nashville (Brentwood), Salt Lake City (Draper), Denver, Winchester

AG&E Associates is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Precast BIM Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to precast project delivery through BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation within a leading engineering firm.

What You Will Do
- Develop BIM models for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece tickets
- Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings and models
- Collaborate with precast manufacturers and internal engineering teams
- Prepare project documentation in accordance with company standards and processes
- Support project teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule
- Review and check work for quality and accuracy
- Assist with presentations and modeling for business development efforts
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM Technicians and junior staff
- Manage BIM Technicians and other specialists as assigned
- Work under the direction of precast engineers and BIM leadership
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing precast documentation
- Experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla
- Basic knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
