Pay:$20-23 / hour

About Us:
Guaranteed Service provides residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout New Jersey and Staten Island. We take pride in delivering quality service with professionalism and care, and we’re looking for a Permit Coordinator Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
As a Permit Coordinator Assistant, you’ll support the daily functions of our permit department by helping ensure permits, rebates, and registrations are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit permit applications
  • Process permit fee payments
  • Communicate daily with customers and townships regarding permit status
  • Update and maintain permit records and statuses
  • Complete and submit online financing buydown rebate applications
  • Register equipment as needed
