Job Description

Position Title: Sales Account Manager (Club Store) - Mid Level

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
(Travel within the U.S. required)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Nongshim’s Club Store accounts by developing strong customer relationships and executing account strategies to drive sales growth and distribution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Club Store customers, including headquarters and regional teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand item distribution, improve shelf placement, and increase promotional effectiveness.
  • Create, process, and manage sales orders, shipping orders, and related documentation in the system.
  • Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and customers to resolve delivery, inventory, and service-related issues.
  • Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve invoice deductions to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Plan and execute promotions, seasonal programs, and in-store merchandising initiatives specific to Club Store formats.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, business reviews, and presentations with Club Store buyers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support Club Store account objectives.
  • Collect and report competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably within Club Stores, mass retail, or CPG
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience working with Club Store customers strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
