Are you a problem solver with a strong technical mindset? Do you thrive on tackling complex customer requests and providing high-quality support? We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our global customer base.
 

What you’ll do

As a Support Engineer, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support requests

  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes, coordinating internal resources when needed

  • Provide prompt, effective, and accurate resolutions to technical issues

  • Troubleshoot system faults (remotely or on-site) down to component level and collaborate with Engineering teams for corrective actions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction

  • Participate in the 24/7 customer support rotation with your team

  • Prepare customer offers and proposals for spare parts, services, and training

  • Arrange shipment of spare parts and coordinate with other departments

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent field experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant industry experience

  • Technical background spanning mechanical, electrical, and control software systems

  • (Preferred) Experience with high-tech motion control systems and control system software/PLC

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and procedures

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build trustful relationships

  • Resilience when handling unexpected situations, conflicts, or difficult stakeholders

  • A true team player who can also work independently and drive tasks to completion

  • Willingness to travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis

  • Valid driver’s license
