Senior Compensation Analyst — Build the Future of Fair Pay
Senior Compensation Specialist
The Senior Compensation Analyst leads the administration of compensation programs that ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data‑driven insights that support talent attraction, retention, and organizational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Job evaluation & benchmarking — Own job pricing, market analysis, and survey participation.
- Compensation analytics — Interpret data, identify trends, and guide pay decisions.
- Structure management — Maintain salary structures, job documentation, and position management.
- Compensation strategy — Advise HR and business leaders on competitive pay and incentive design.
- Reporting & dashboards — Build analytics that elevate decision‑making.
- Annual cycles — Support merit, incentive, and market adjustment processes.
- Compliance — Ensure adherence to compensation policies and regulations.
- Systems expertise — Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM compensation modules.
- AI‑driven pay equity — Shift from reactive audits to proactive monitoring using AI tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience compensation
- 4–7 years compensation experience; strong analytical and data‑storytelling skills
- Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion, compensation platforms (Pay factors, Market Pay, Comp Analyst)
- Knowledge of survey providers and compensation regulations
- 2–4 years position management/workforce planning
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- CCP or GRP preferred
- High accuracy, strong documentation skills, and continuous‑improvement mindset
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification Pref
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification Pref
Skills and Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, HRIS systems, compensation applications and AI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment.
