We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.   Responsibilities:  Serve as the primary point of contact for major airline accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and operational execution. Manage large-scale airline catering accounts, coordinating daily operational needs and ensuring all service specifications are met accurately and on time. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through proactive communication, business reviews, and strategic account management. Coordinate with internal departments including operations, logistics, kitchen production, quality assurance, and transportation to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor airline catering performance metrics including on-time delivery, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced client satisfaction. Oversee catering production flow, meal setup, packaging, tray assembly, and final aircraft handoff to ensure compliance with airline standards and food safety regulations. Assist with menu updates, SPML specifications, inventory checks, and operational planning related to airline accounts. Lead, train, coach, and support operational teams including Flight Coordinators and Food Packers while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Prepare and present performance reports, operational updates, and account strategies to airline clients and senior leadership. Identify opportunities for account growth including expanded services, premium offerings, route additions, and increased business volume. Support contract renewals, client retention efforts, and revenue growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with all TSA, airport security, food safety, HACCP, and airline operational requirements. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, Logistics, Airline Catering, Aviation, Hospitality, or related environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Proven experience managing large, high-profile B2B client accounts with revenue responsibility. Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Experience in aviation, airline catering, FMCG, airport operations, or customer service operations highly preferred. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Experience managing teams and leading operational staff effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with inventory or production systems is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations. Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.  Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on operational needs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. Ability to travel locally and/or to airline client sites as needed. What We Offer:  Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually.
