Sales Data Engineer (m/w/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL: 

• Designing, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines for our central data repository
• Structuring, maintaining and enhancing data models
• Automating global reporting processes and workflows
• Creating datasets and data tools for analysts and business teams
• Ensuring high data quality through monitoring, validation checks and alerting
• Collaborating closely with regional teams and digital support functions
• Supporting the centralization and automation of sales data together with IT

YOUR WALK THROUGH LIFE: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
• Three years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence or Data Management
• Strong understanding of data models, data warehouses, ETL processes and data integration
• Experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics, Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced SQL skills and ideally experience with Python or R
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities as well as Curiosity to learn and continuously improve processes and solutions
• High level of ownership and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
